A new facility modernizes and combines the Emergency Operations Center and Police Station into a single story building capable of withstanding a catastrophic event. The building is made from tilted concreted walls, steel bar joists. The design is intended to reflect influences of Mediterranean and Florida Vernacular styles to be in concert with other city facilities.

The renovation scope of a previous bank was completed in early 2009. New interiors were designed to allow the bank to better function. Exterior features included a bricking of the elevation to match the look of the bank. A new covered gable end entry feature was added. The drive thru was completely overhauled.

The Shoppes at Fleming Island are located on US 17 across from Eagle Harbor. The center is comprised of two buildings; the first, Building A, is small and located adjacent to US 17 while the second, Building B, the larger of the two is located deeper into the site. The anchoring tenant of Building B is Bally's Total Fitness leasing approximately 36,000 square feet. Both buildings are designed with a contemporary aesthetic.
