Outside, the property's track will be used for physical education programs as well as areas that can accommodate basketball courts and playing fields. .   Augusta Savage Cultural Arts & Community Center Green Cove Springs, Florida Owner: Clay County Construction Cost: $3.4 million Completion Date: 2010 Square Feet: 33,575 SF This renovation of an old African American school campus will transform the property into a 35,000 sq. ft. cultural and community arts center. The design includes a wide variety of program elements including a retail spaces, a food bank, a day care, an industrial arts educational facility, a gymnasium, a multi-purpose building and a museum dedicated to the work of the famous sculptor Augusta Savage from the Green Cove Springs area.   Addition to Discovery Montessori School Campus Jacksonville, Florida Owner: Discovery Montessori School Construction Cost: $725,000 Completion Date: 2009 Square Feet: 3,500 SF This new administrative and multi-purpose building will be the main anchoring element on the Discovery Montessori School Campus located in Jacksonville Beach. The facility houses administrative staff, after care program, as well as a large multi-purpose space for the school. The project is currently striving for a LEED Gold rating and has the potential to be among the first LEED for Schools Building certified in the state of Florida.
